Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Remote from Serbia; availability during New York business hours and regular meetings with the US-based team are required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build clean, maintainable, testable software using engineering best practices.
• Design and improve backend architecture and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core 6+.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and experience with modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building backend services and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• C1 or higher English for technical interviews and daily communication with US-based colleagues.

Nice to have

• React experience.
• Experience with .NET MAUI or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Knowledge of Razor Pages, MVC, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, and MS SQL Server.
