Risk Specialist - Valuation (Assistant Manager/Manager)

What you will do

• Perform daily valuation and price verification for exchange-traded and OTC financial products, including derivatives.
• Analyze and explain market-data breaches against predetermined thresholds.
• Apply judgment to valuation decisions and document audit trails.
• Work with Front Office, IWS, CRM, and MRM-Collateral Evaluation teams to resolve valuation, model, and market-data issues.
• Identify process improvements and initiate projects that increase valuation accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess valuation risks during new product approval and implement appropriate processes and controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in product control or operations is preferred.
• University degree in a quantitative discipline.
• In-depth understanding of financial and structured products.
• Analytical, self-driven, collaborative, and able to work under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with a functional programming language is advantageous.
