Senior Accounting & Tax Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Maintain accounting records for Polish logistics entities in line with Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Execute and coordinate accounting and tax processes, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, logistics, and transportation costs.
• Prepare, review, and submit VAT, CIT, and other applicable tax returns, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits and cooperate with tax advisors, auditors, the Group Finance Team, and operational departments.
• Perform day-to-day activities in SAP and participate in month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing, and Group reporting.
• Identify accounting and tax risks and improve, standardize, and automate related processes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in accounting and/or tax, preferably in a senior specialist role within an international corporate environment.
• Very good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations, with practical experience in both areas.
• Solid tax compliance experience, particularly with VAT and CIT returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Fluent English at C1 level for daily cooperation with international Finance teams.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, audit, and stakeholder-management skills, with a high level of independence and accuracy.

• Experience with Group Finance, centralized, or shared service structures.
• Experience in process improvement, standardization, or automation.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, e-commerce, or other international corporate environments.
