Analytics Engineer - Brazil – Vaga exclusiva para PCD

Location: São Paulo, Brazil. This position is exclusively for professionals with disabilities (PCD) under Brazilian Law No. 8.213/91.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models for analytical and product data needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Define business KPIs, measurement plans, data requirements, and reliable reporting processes.
• Build reusable, readable, and standardized reporting patterns and automate ad-hoc reporting where possible.
• Develop high-performing dashboards and reporting products using tools such as Tableau and Sigma.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dimensional modeling, 3NF, data vault, and database performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala.
• Experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions with data lake, Snowflake, or a similar ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interviews are conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Looker, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and related data requirements.
