Regional Marketing Specialist (South East Asia)

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and briefing through implementation and performance measurement.
• Develop content, creative concepts, channels, and experiments to improve acquisition and growth.
• Build, manage, and grow local communities through social media, forums, Telegram, chat groups, and other channels.
• Manage KOLs, affiliates, ambassador networks, incentive programs, and community engagement initiatives.
• Plan and deliver online and offline events, including vendor coordination, budgeting, invoicing, and marketing inventory management.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, Angels, and other Binance teams on leads, market research, and data requests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience launching community initiatives, managing social media, or building forums, ambassador programs, event series, or newsletters.
• At least 1 year of experience managing online or offline events and engaging communities through Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and industry trends.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, emotional intelligence, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and time management.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours to engage with the crypto community.
