Manager, Marketing to Manager, B2B Marketing – CEMEA

Location: Cairo, Egypt; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for marketing automation and campaign operations.
• Execute and optimize B2B marketing programs focused on engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
• Manage campaign execution, lead generation, audience engagement, and marketing technology adoption.
• Coordinate webinars, events, content creation, and integrated marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead outcomes, and pipeline contribution to improve future programs.
• Partner with global, regional, product, and sales teams on scalable marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of lead management, campaign execution, audience segmentation, nurture strategies, and marketing analytics.
• Experience executing webinars, events, and integrated marketing programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Availability to work from the Cairo office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with large global organizations or clients.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to optimize processes.
