Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid: at least 3 days in office required)

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of B2B demand generation programs, content creation, and event operations.
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for marketing automation and campaign operations.
• Optimize campaign performance, engagement, and conversion rates to drive business growth.
• Partner with global, regional, product, and sales teams to deliver scalable marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on engagement metrics and pipeline contribution to optimize future marketing activities.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to optimize everyday workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of lead management, audience segmentation, nurture strategies, and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Cairo, Egypt, with availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
