What you will do

• Design and build ML- and LLM-powered customer memory and personalization solutions.
• Develop systems that extract, curate, validate, and apply customer preferences, intents, and life events.
• Own ML solution delivery from problem formulation and modeling through offline and online experimentation and production deployment.
• Drive work across fact extraction, memory quality and lifecycle, temporal reasoning, and grounded personalization.
• Balance quality, latency, coverage, precision, and recall in large-scale production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into measurable customer impact.

Requirements

• Programming experience with C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
• Experience with patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Clear and concise communication with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and launching deep learning or machine learning models for business applications.
• Knowledge of big data and cloud technologies, such as Spark and AWS.
• Experience with information retrieval, recommender systems, natural language processing, or personalization algorithms.

Nice to have

• Publications at leading Web, machine learning, or natural language processing conferences, including KDD, ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, or EMNLP.
