Datacenter Tech Program Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Shanghai, China, with an additional location in Beijing, China.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical interface between customer engineering teams and internal technical organizations.
• Lead Xeon platform deployment, customer qualification, production ramp, and volume ramp programs.
• Manage technical customer projects through planning, execution, and milestone delivery within schedule and budget.
• Drive requirements scoping, prioritization, staffing coordination, and management of program interdependencies.
• Investigate technical roadblocks and coordinate cross-functional solutions across engineering, product, account, and ecosystem teams.
• Provide program health, risk, and financial updates to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in datacenter, cloud, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale technical programs with hyperscale cloud service providers.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with customer-driven product development practices.
• Working knowledge of Xeon architecture, AI infrastructure, server platforms, system validation, performance optimization, or fleet management is preferred.
