Data Platform Product Manager

Location: Remote, based in the United States. Overnight travel may be required approximately quarterly.

hirify.global manages an AI-powered application matching process on behalf of a partner company seeking to develop enterprise technology capabilities.

What you will do

• Own and continuously maintain the enterprise data platform roadmap and backlog, prioritizing capabilities, integrations, technical debt, and platform improvements.
• Translate stakeholder needs from Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical priorities.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, releases, and delivery with Data Engineering, Data Architecture, software development, and QA teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs covering platform adoption, data quality, delivery velocity, and business impact.
• Support integrations and reporting initiatives involving Yardi, RealPage, UKG, and Salesforce.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder communication, demonstrations, training, documentation, and support-request triage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role supporting a data, analytics, or technology platform.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including data engineering, data architecture, or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, refinement, and release coordination.
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace are required for remote work. A valid driver’s license may be required under applicable local and state requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power BI.
• Experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude.
