Customer Programj Manager (Top Secret SCI FSP Clearance Required)

Location: Onsite daily in Maryland, United States

Salary: USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of very large, complex, high-risk customer programs involving multiple regions or global stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, quality, budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L.
• Develop new business opportunities and lead qualification and assessment for large, complex opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with senior and executive-level client stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across teams of more than 40 people.
• Mentor project team members and provide development recommendations for key contributors.

Requirements

• Top Secret SCI FSP clearance required.
• First-level university degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Recognized leadership in the company’s project management profession community.
• PMP certification.
