Senior Delivery Consultant (AI Data)

What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures in enterprise healthcare and life sciences environments.
• Build governed data products for ML model training, agentic AI systems, and other downstream applications.
• Architect enterprise RAG solutions, vector stores, ontologies, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs using AWS services and custom extensions.
• Integrate legacy systems and resolve data access, quality, lineage, security, and privacy challenges with customer and partner teams.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into evolving, well-architected data solutions and apply AI-accelerated development methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data platform development, including production data pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, zero-ETL, and streaming architectures with AWS services such as hirify.global Redshift and SageMaker Lakehouse.
• Experience architecting and engineering enterprise ontologies and knowledge graphs.
• Ability to work with data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in healthcare and life sciences environments.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications in Data Analytics or Machine Learning Specialty.
• Healthcare and life sciences experience with HIPAA, GxP, OMOP, CDISC, or FHIR.
• Experience with Apache Iceberg, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, AWS Glue Data Catalog, Collibra, or Alation.
• Experience with AI-accelerated development, prompt engineering, AI-assisted programming, and validating AI-generated code for regulated production environments.
