Software Engineer - AI Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-stack features and projects from design through production deployment.
• Build backend services in TypeScript and Python using distributed systems, data pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks into intelligent operational workflows.
• Develop agent-powered tools such as accounting agents, finance copilots, GTM agents, and agentic experimentation platforms.
• Ship through rapid experimentation loops while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, forward-deployed engineering, data science, and applied AI teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Solid full-stack fundamentals and production ownership of shipped features.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or modern AI data tools.
• Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-based architectures.
• Product intuition, customer empathy, and an ownership-oriented approach.
• Comfort working across engineering, product, data science, and applied AI.
