Data Analyst Internship (2028 Graduates) (Analytics/AI): Analyzing large volumes of business and client data, building dashboards and reports, and supporting data pipelines for Gartner’s product analytics initiatives with an accent on statistical analysis, data visualization, and machine learning. Focus on applying LLM and AI techniques to business problems, validating data quality, and communicating actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid role based near the Center of Excellence office in Irving, Texas; candidates must reside within reasonable proximity and have U.S. work authorization.
Salary: USD 59,000–78,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive plan.

What you will do
- Support analytical projects across content, client interactions, events, product performance, demand sensing, staffing, costs, and associate performance.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable business insights.
- Build dashboards, standard reports, and executive presentations.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, and LLM tools to real business problems.
- Support data pipelines, automation, data quality, and validation methodologies in collaboration with data engineering and Information Technology teams.
- Partner with the Chief Data Office to manage large volumes of client data.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, computer science, economics, or another quantitative field; expected graduation in 2028.
- Academic experience analyzing large volumes of data with analytical tools.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to solve complex problems, communicate data-driven stories, and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, initiative, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- U.S. work authorization and residence within reasonable proximity to the Irving, Texas office are required.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in machine learning, AI, LLM tools, data visualization, automation, or data pipelines.
