Program Delivery Director (BSS/OSS Transformation)

What you will do

• Govern an IT Transformation sub-program and manage the integrated delivery roadmap across BSS, OSS, Data, CIAM, and Digital workstreams.
• Chair sub-program governance forums, prepare SteerCo briefings, and produce executive reporting packs.
• Manage vendor accountability against statements of work, delivery commitments, achievements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate planning, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and issues across linked workstreams.
• Own sub-program financial management, including budget tracking, Capex forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Change Management and lead a high-performing team across onshore, offshore, and vendor resources.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology program delivery, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in a multi-vendor telecommunications environment and complex offshore-heavy delivery models.
• Deep expertise in BSS/OSS transformation; familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud and ServiceNow.
• Strong governance, coordinated planning, financial management, SteerCo reporting, and RAIDC management skills.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and large system integrators.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Delivery Methodology or an equivalent enterprise program delivery framework, with people leadership experience.
