Field Service North Atlas Copco

Location: Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Hybrid field-based role with customer-site work and availability for an on-call roster.

Salary: From AUD 47+ per hour, plus overtime, on-call allowances, and incentives.

hirify.global provides industrial equipment and technical field service support for air compressors and associated systems.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on air compressors and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete on-site repairs, equipment upgrades, and commissioning.
• Provide technical support and customer service at customer sites.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

• Trade qualification such as Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, or a similar trade.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage the working day effectively.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights required.
• Availability for an on-call roster required.

Nice to have

• Experience with compressed air equipment; full training is provided and previous compressed air experience is not required.
