What you will do

• Complete reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across the automated manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot machinery and support reliable operation of refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, trade waste systems, and other site utilities.
• Maintain accurate ERP/CMMS records and ensure work orders are completed in line with production schedules.
• Support HACCP, GMP, SHEQ, Australian electrical standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Back up the Asset Care Supervisor and coordinate with OEMs, trades, contractors, and frontline teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and build capability in basic autonomous maintenance.

Requirements

• Trade-qualified Electrician with an A Grade licence in Victoria.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience beyond a recognised apprenticeship in an automated food-processing environment.
• Experience with automated production sites, utilities, and building assets.
• IT skills, data analysis ability, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, troubleshooting, and emergency-response skills.
• Australian working rights and current residence in Australia are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO quality systems, HACCP, and GMP environments.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs such as FMECA.
