Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, and Go.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enterprise integrations.
• Drive adoption of internal developer portal templates, shared CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform infrastructure modules.
• Build agentic and AI product capabilities, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features, ideally using AWS Bedrock.
• Own production readiness across observability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems at scale.
• Expert-level TypeScript and React skills with strong backend experience in Go.
• Strong knowledge of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in DevOps and self-service environments where product teams own infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, project ownership, mentoring ability, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Advanced CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience with Backstage or other internal developer portals.
• Production experience building agentic AI systems and hands-on AWS Bedrock experience.
