What you will do
- Plan, execute, and implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency across the assigned business unit.
- Conduct root cause analyses, document current challenges and desired outcomes, and recommend solutions.
- Draft and revise business processes while coordinating cross-functional impacts across business units, systems, and workflows.
- Train employees on updated process flows, measure results, and present outcomes to mid- and senior-level audiences.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and coach or mentor less senior business process analysts.
Requirements
- Experience in business process analysis, process redesign, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and evaluate process performance, quality, costs, and benefits.
- Ability to coordinate significant cross-functional initiatives and assess upstream and downstream impacts.
- Ability to document process agreements and communicate recommendations to mid- and senior-level stakeholders.
