IT Infrastructure Solution Architect (Infra Tech Lead)

What you will do

• Translate infrastructure requirements from projects and products into architecture and design documents.
• Ensure solutions align with internal architectural standards, guidelines, security, and resilience requirements.
• Advise projects and Agile Release Trains on infrastructure and middleware topics.
• Coordinate infrastructure activities end to end across teams, departments, suppliers, and engineering groups.
• Connect business units, project managers, application owners, technical specialists, and infrastructure teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Support new technology stacks, infrastructure modernization, automation, and technology integration.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, including infrastructure architecture for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Experience with infrastructure layers and at least one area such as security, performance, or capacity management.
• Knowledge of operational resilience, IT security, risk management, quality assurance, application integration architecture, and security architecture.
• Understanding of solution architecture, service design, software development best practices, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Higher education in a relevant field and training in IT infrastructure architecture and project management.
• Business-fluent English is required; German is an advantage.
