Senior Director of Construction (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or Dallas, TX, United States; travel required up to 40% to oversee multiple project sites.

Salary: $260,000–$310,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Set the construction delivery strategy and operating model for a major program or defined geography.
• Lead multiple complex hyperscale AI data center construction programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Own delivery targets, budgets, schedules, capital priorities, and scalable program management frameworks.
• Navigate contractor constraints, regulatory complexity, capital allocation, and cross-site risks.
• Build, mentor, and lead construction management teams and develop senior construction leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Real Estate, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction management experience on mission-critical projects.
• Direct experience delivering hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or highly complex infrastructure projects.
• Track record of delivering large-budget portfolios with multiple concurrent programs on time and on budget.
• Experience building construction organizations, developing managers and directors, and leading teams under pressure.
• Deep knowledge of construction best practices, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
• Ability to make consequential decisions amid incomplete information and coordinate executive, contractor, and cross-functional stakeholders.
