Digital Marketing Account Manager (Local SEO & Google Business Profile)

Location: Remote from Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Panama, or the Dominican Republic; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client that provides scalable digital marketing services for local businesses.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations, including business information, categories, services, photos, posts, and attributes.
• Execute Local SEO initiatives to improve Google Maps and local search rankings.
• Maintain citation accuracy and NAP consistency, manage reviews, and identify local authority opportunities.
• Independently manage approximately 15–20 client accounts and build relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare and present monthly reports covering visibility, rankings, engagement, and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate marketing tools, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements while collaborating with internal account management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles for multiple businesses or locations.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts and presenting performance reports.
• Strong expertise in Local SEO, local ranking factors, citation management, NAP consistency, and review management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Agency, white-label digital marketing, or client-facing account management experience.
• Experience supporting businesses with multiple physical locations, including self-storage, parking, automotive, hospitality, or home services.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
