Web & SEO Manager

Location: Fully remote with a global preferred location. Working hours are 9 am–6 pm CT, with US federal holidays.

Salary: USD 1,600–2,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, update, and secure the WordPress website end-to-end.
• Execute technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility for legal searches.
• Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, NAP consistency, and maps positioning.
• Monitor and resolve Google spam audits, algorithm updates, listing suppressions, and ranking issues, including communication with Google Support.
• Track traffic, conversions, and performance trends using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors while managing reputation, reviews, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and web development for US companies.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO expertise with demonstrated ranking and traffic results.
• Experience optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with experience in reputation and Google Reviews management.
