Senior Web and SEO Specialist (SEO)

Location: Fully remote; Brazil listed, with global candidates preferred. Working hours: 9 am–6 pm CT. US federal holidays.

Salary: $1,600–$2,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, update, and secure the law firm’s WordPress website end-to-end.
• Execute technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies for competitive legal searches.
• Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, NAP consistency, and Maps positioning.
• Monitor Google spam audits, algorithm updates, and listing disruptions, and communicate with Google Support when needed.
• Track traffic, rankings, performance metrics, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies and create blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reputation-management content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and web development for US companies.
• Proven experience managing and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO expertise with measurable ranking and traffic results.
• Experience optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Experience with reputation management and Google Reviews management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and availability during 9 am–6 pm CT are required.

• Experience with US law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
