Full Stack Developer (Angular)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite full time.

Salary: $165,000–$220,000–$242,000 annually, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces for a mission-critical web application using Angular or comparable frameworks.
• Build and integrate backend APIs with Node.js and Nest.js, together with Python-based analytics and data-processing services.
• Integrate external data sources, analytics libraries, and query engines for complex data workflows.
• Partner with government stakeholders, product leaders, UI/UX designers, and power users to refine requirements and deliver intuitive data-driven experiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Test and validate features against functional, performance, and usability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Angular, React, or Vue; UI component libraries such as PrimeNG and/or Tailwind CSS.
• Backend API development with Node.js, Nest.js, or similar technologies, plus integration of Python-based analytics or data-processing services.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and application deployment in AWS.
• U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. Government TS/SCI security clearance with required polygraph, and willingness to work onsite full time are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization and analytical presentation of results.
• Familiarity with pandas or polars, Trino, or distributed query engines.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization in cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with Docker-based development workflows.
