What you will do

• Design and build autonomous agents for Sponsored Products campaign research.
• Develop agentic architectures using planning, tool orchestration, multi-step reasoning, and multi-agent workflows.
• Apply supervised fine-tuning, instruction tuning, preference optimization, and other model optimization techniques.
• Curate training and evaluation datasets and develop MCP tool definitions, data retrieval systems, and simulation endpoints.
• Build automated evaluation pipelines, multi-step reasoning benchmarks, and safety guardrails.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring AI innovations into production.

Requirements

• PhD, or a master's degree and 4+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience designing experiments and performing statistical analysis of results.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous technical problems and collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Nice to have

• Professional software development experience.
• Experience designing state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, training and optimizing deep learning models, and model pruning.
