Senior Community Manager

Location: On-site in New York or Boston, with regular travel

What you will do

• Run daily operations, programming, structure, safety, and culture across Discord, Reddit, and Facebook communities.
• Own moderation guidelines, automod tooling, incident response, and community health systems.
• Run 2–3 weekly virtual sessions, including webinars, live builds, office hours, and persona-based programs.
• Book hosts, coordinate assets and calendars, manage session administration, and operate the recording, editing, and replay publishing pipeline.
• Recruit and coach hosts, moderators, Champions, and Super Champions to scale community-led programming.
• Surface community feedback to product, PMM, and marketing, maintain CRM data quality, report on community metrics, and celebrate member achievements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across community management, events, virtual programs, or developer relations.
• Experience building and running recurring virtual programs end-to-end in an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
• Deep operational knowledge of Discord, including roles, permissions, bots, voice culture, and moderation.
• Practical experience with Reddit community dynamics and brand moderation norms.
• Confident live hosting and facilitation skills, including on-camera delivery and live Q&A.
• Professional English is required; the application must be submitted in English.
