IT SRE Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Define and own reliability strategies, SLOs, error budgets, and operational health reporting for internal IT systems.
• Build and lead a small team focused on automation, observability, and incident response for corporate systems.
• Design production-grade automation for provisioning, access management, patching, and lifecycle operations.
• Instrument internal services and SaaS integrations with monitoring, alerting, and on-call workflows.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and durable remediation for IT outages.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices while partnering with security, networking, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT engineering, including 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and building and deploying AI agents for triage and bug fixes.
• Strong software engineering background with Python, Go, or similar languages and production automation experience.
• Experience with Okta or Entra, Jamf or Intune, SaaS integrations, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for IT systems.
• Experience running on-call rotations, defining SLOs, and improving operational maturity for technical engineering organizations.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail.
