Trading Specialist

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, managing campaign setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide consultative activation support for advertiser and agency partners across all integrated DSPs.
• Monitor campaign performance, delivery, and pacing to proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and provide feedback on tooling.
• Present data-driven insights and technical functionality updates to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading.
• Proven experience working with various DSPs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Basic SQL knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
• Highly organized with a focus on execution and accountability.
