Contracts Specialist

What you will do

• Create contracts, price lists, and related contract documents.
• Maintain electronic contract files in the contract lifecycle management system.
• Respond to questions from field sales and customer service regarding national accounts, contracts, and pricing.
• Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle.
• Prepare miscellaneous data and reporting requests.
• Review contract terms for compliance with standard policies and legal requirements, escalating issues for appropriate review.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of contracts experience preferred.
• Contracts and national accounts experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, databases, and internet-based tools.
• Ability to prioritize work, retain processes and procedures, and work independently after training.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Oracle and other ERP systems.
