Fund Finance, CIT Funds - Assistant Vice President (CIT)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office work Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Friday.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

hirify.global is expanding access to alternative investments through retirement investment solutions and its Collective Investment Trust platform.

What you will do

• Review monthly NAV packages prepared by third-party fund administrators.
• Reconcile cash, positions, and activity between administrators and custodians.
• Validate portfolio valuations and recalculate management and incentive fees.
• Review fund expenses and accruals and support quarterly and annual SEC financial statements.
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and tax providers.
• Publish monthly NAV statements and investor fact cards, calculate tender-offer proration factors, and improve fund finance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting or public accounting focused on alternative investment management clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment company accounting under US GAAP.
• Experience with registered funds under the '40 Act and '34 Act and SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Ability to manage complex financial data accurately and meticulously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, external service providers, and auditors.
• Experience with Collective Investment Trust accounting is strongly preferred; CPA certification is preferred.
