What you will do
- Support eligibility and accumulator file feeds and interfaces from implementation through ongoing operations and maintenance.
- Support claims extract file feeds, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and delivered to external stakeholders on schedule.
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for eligibility, accumulator, and claims extract data needs.
- Monitor downstream vendor feeds and third-party integrations, escalating and helping troubleshoot issues.
- Research and resolve day-to-day inquiries and data-feed issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and internal controls, with additional hours during peak periods such as open enrollment and plan renewals.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, PBM, health plans, or data and eligibility operations; entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience researching and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Experience with eligibility, accumulator, or claims file feeds.
- Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems and platforms.
- Ability to take ownership and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant healthcare, PBM, health plan, or data operations experience.
