Senior to Staff Runtime Systems Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at the Sydney, Australia, office 3 days per week

hirify.global develops software and hardware for generative AI and an in-memory compute platform for AI inference in datacenters.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and validate runtime firmware for on-chip multi-core CPU subsystems.
• Design and implement systems software for AI inference infrastructure.
• Develop low-level drivers and software that hosts multiprocessor system-on-a-chip platforms.
• Own runtime performance across the silicon product lifecycle.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex systems software problems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and collaborate with hardware, hardware verification, and software teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in embedded software development.
• Strong Linux system-level programming and Linux device driver knowledge.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with distributed and scale-out applications, containers, and virtual machines.
• Ability to deliver quality code and debug complex problems.
