Robot Operator (AI/Robotics)

hirify.global develops foundation models and general-purpose AI systems that enable robots to perform physical tasks in homes, warehouses, and manufacturing environments.

What you will do

• Teleoperate robotic arms through household, assembly, and other physical tasks.
• Control robots by mirroring arm movements or using specialized controllers.
• Collect consistent, high-quality demonstration data for AI training.
• Meet shift-based data collection volume and quality metrics.
• Review and annotate robot performance videos and provide feedback on data quality.
• Assist with equipment setup, basic office tasks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 5 days per week.
• Ability to stand at a workstation for the full shift.
• Full use of both arms and hands, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Comfort with repetitive, precision-focused work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics systems or automation.
• Manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or hands-on technical experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
• Gaming or simulation experience using controllers.
