What you will do
- Manage 2–4 Campaign Leads and oversee approximately 30–45 contributors conducting adversarial safety testing of frontier AI models.
- Allocate contributors across multiple campaigns based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Conduct weekly performance feedback sessions, prepare performance documentation, and handle escalations with HR.
- Coordinate EOR administration, including timecards, PTO, benefits questions, and liaison activities with HireArt.
- Coordinate contributor onboarding, offboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and operational support with HR, IT, and facilities.
- Provide domain guidance, content policy consultation, quality calibration, and operational efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in AI red teaming, trust and safety, content safety operations, or a related field.
- 1+ year of direct people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and workforce planning skills across concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering performance feedback and representing team needs to leadership.
- Experience with performance management, corrective actions, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Ability to work with sensitive or graphic text, image, video, audio, and agentic content.
Nice to have
- Experience managing technology, BPO, content moderation, or government-services workforces.
- Familiarity with EOR or staffing-agency coordination and co-employment considerations.
- Background in AI/ML safety evaluation, adversarial testing, or model policy development.
- Experience with productivity analytics, workforce planning tools, or operational dashboards.
