TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (AI): Demonstrating Dust's AI operating system through technical demos, use-case scoping, custom LLM agents, and end-to-end technical evaluations with an accent on generative AI, APIs, and prompt engineering. Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into customer workflows, completing pilots, and turning customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Paris, France; office-first and primarily in person

What you will do
- Partner with Sales to communicate 's value proposition to prospects and customers.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify high-value use cases aligned with customer needs and 's capabilities.
- Create and configure custom LLM agents and support technical evaluations from demos through pilots.
- Onboard prospects, drive pilot use cases to completion, and educate customers on generative AI workflows.
- Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams and contribute to product strategy.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience combining technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience helping customers gain value from sophisticated software products.
- Strong technical demonstration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude with API concepts and generative AI prompt engineering principles.
- Ability to explain both the technical and business value of solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, or LLMs.
- Background in productivity tools, knowledge management, or workflow automation.
- Coding experience for understanding API implementations and creating custom demos.
