Senior Recruitment Consultant (Business Support)

Location: Galway, Ireland

Salary: €40,000–€66,000 basic salary plus uncapped OTE

What you will do

• Develop new business relationships through business development calls, client visits, networking, and entertainment events.
• Source, interview, evaluate, and place professionals against client requirements.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of private, public, and third-sector clients.
• Manage the offer process from start to finish.
• Share market knowledge, leads, and resources with the team while contributing to agreed performance targets.
• Identify market trends and create recruitment solutions aligned with clients’ strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
• Proven success in recruitment and business development, ideally within the temporary professional services sector.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Resilience, ambition, adaptability, and a consistent focus on achieving results.
