Security Engineer (GPU Cloud)

Location: On-site at the office in Westwood, Los Angeles

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement secure architectures for the GPU cloud platform.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, code reviews, penetration testing, and security analysis.
• Develop security fixes and improvements with engineering teams.
• Implement and manage security tools, including SIEM, WAF, and EDR.
• Support incident response, post-incident analysis, documentation, and security training.
• Collaborate with Operations on SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language, ideally Python or C.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux kernel internals, containerization, and virtualization.
• Deep understanding of workload and network isolation in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience securing cloud infrastructure with untrusted workloads, including network, application, and cloud-native security.
• Experience with OWASP, Burp Suite, static and dynamic analysis tools, and frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, and CIS Controls.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or OSCP.
• DevSecOps experience in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for cloud services.
• GPU programming experience and knowledge of GPU-specific security concerns.
