Systems Engineer (AI/HPC)

Location: On-site at the office in San Francisco or Westwood, Los Angeles

Salary: $160K–$320K base salary, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Design and optimize GPU kernels and tensor libraries.
• Translate high-performance computing techniques into scalable AI inference solutions.
• Evaluate emerging GPU architectures and resource management approaches.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to improve GPU infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

• Advanced C++ experience; C++17/20 preferred.
• Expertise with at least one parallel programming framework, such as CUDA, HIP, SYCL, OpenCL, or OpenACC.
• Strong background in systems optimization and HPC performance tooling.
• Experience with CUDA/C++, GPGPU, Python, and Linux.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or Westwood, Los Angeles.
