Compound Coordinator - Chemistry Data Generation (Drug Discovery)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Coordinate compound supply for data generation and Drug Design and Medical Research activities.
• Support FFS and FTE chemistry for compound generation.
• Oversee CRO partnerships to ensure chemical procurement meets quality standards and project schedules.
• Develop and implement tools that simplify internal processes and improve user experience.
• Provide support for compound registration.

Requirements

• MSc in Chemistry or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the drug discovery process and strong knowledge of synthetic chemistry.
• Experience working with CROs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.
• Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week is required.
