Fullstack Engineer

Location: Onsite in Sunnyvale, California, 4 days a week in the office

Salary: $141,000–$162,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test full-stack web applications using browser APIs, web servers, and frontend frameworks.
• Improve web application architecture, including deployment, configuration, build systems, component libraries, style guides, and responsive behavior.
• Optimize user interaction workflows and collaborate with UI specialists on user experience and visual design.
• Work with development teams to improve the usability of cross-service APIs.
• Implement linting, static typing, unit testing, and functional and integration testing practices.
• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to refine product goals and understand customer problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience building UI for modern web applications or custom UI frameworks at scale.
• Strong software engineering, design pattern, problem-solving, and code optimization fundamentals.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ES6+, CSS standards, and HTML5+.
• At least 2 years of experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Cypress.
• Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, California 4 days per week; the role involves software subject to U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with Redux, TanStack, Reselect, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and deployment pipelines.
