SEO Delivery Lead (SEO)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere in Poland

Salary: PLN 10,000–13,000 gross/month, depending on experience

hirify.global is growing its SEO team and provides client-focused digital marketing services.

What you will do

• Independently manage strategic and demanding client accounts, including partnerships, negotiations, conflict resolution, and expectation management.
• Own escalations and critical situations by diagnosing problems, proposing solutions, making decisions, and coordinating resolution.
• Maintain SEO delivery quality, support specialists with difficult cases, advise on strategy, and identify project risks.
• Support specialists with client-related issues, prepare difficult meetings and presentations, and mentor communication skills.
• Improve and standardize client and internal communication processes.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager by reporting material risks and taking on operational ownership.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SEO expertise and experience running client projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage demanding clients.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Sound judgment under pressure, with the ability to assess risks and make decisions.
• Confident and assertive communication skills for difficult conversations with clients, specialists, and other departments.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and take proactive ownership of problems.
