What you will do

• Own the SEO roadmap for assigned markets, performing keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Manage end-to-end SEO QA, including metadata, internal linking, indexability, and structured data.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversions to diagnose issues and implement recovery plans.
• Define and drive the monthly netlinking strategy, determining target pages and budget allocation.
• Develop and improve AI-assisted SEO workflows for log analysis, QA, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house SEO experience in competitive SERPs.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic specifically in iGaming verticals (casino and betting).
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Nice to have

• Previous professional SEO experience within an iGaming company.
• Native proficiency in Bulgarian, Polish, or Czech.
