TL;DR
Team Lead SEO (iGaming): Leading SEO strategy and project performance across competitive iGaming products with an accent on technical audits, traffic recovery, team development, and KPI delivery. Focus on scaling organic growth, managing multiple projects and budgets, standardizing SEO processes, and solving complex challenges such as migrations, dropped domains, satellite sites, and cloaking.

What you will do
- Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies across multiple iGaming projects.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, business metrics, budgets, and KPIs; forecast results and organize recovery actions when performance drops.
- Lead and develop Senior and Middle SEO specialists through workload planning, quality control, 1:1 meetings, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Implement SEO best practices, standardize documentation, manage backlogs, and improve team efficiency.
- Coordinate with product, development, content, linkbuilding, marketing, and management teams.
- Provide high-level quality control for presale audits and evaluate budget allocation efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role and 3–5 years of commercial iGaming experience.
- Expertise in search engine behavior, Google algorithms, ranking factors, SEO strategy, technical audits, and competitive niches.
- Experience with iGaming SEO challenges including blocks, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, and cloaking.
- Experience managing SEO teams, mentoring specialists, conducting performance reviews, and assigning work based on capacity and competencies.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, KPI management, backlog prioritization, delegation, and process standardization.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on management rather than day-to-day execution.
