Spacecraft Design Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Brno-Medlánky, Czech Republic; home-office work is possible.

What you will do

• Develop and design structural systems for satellites and launcher parts.
• Generate CAD models of mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and parts.
• Prepare manufacturing drawings, design reports, and handling manuals.
• Participate in procurement, assembly, testing, and manufacturing support activities.
• Coordinate with external hardware suppliers and present results internally and to customers.
• Take part in technical reviews with international partners, including the European Space Agency, and support proposal preparation and evaluation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and quality and cost awareness.
• Willingness to learn, take on additional responsibility, and deliver training.
