What you will do

• Support hirify.global applications and assist clients with complex financial queries.
• Create custom hirify.global models and screens for client needs.
• Provide expert support through telephone, email, instant messaging, and proprietary communication channels.
• Build proficiency in the hirify.global Workstation, its financial content, and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development teams to improve workflows and client support.
• Attend training, internal meetings, and assigned projects while meeting performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business.
• Fluent English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced web-searching skills.
• Genuine interest in or experience with financial markets.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to start by October 2026 and flexibility to work a shifting schedule.
