Java Developer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Modernize existing systems and develop new distributed backend services.
• Solve engineering challenges involving performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, high-quality, well-tested Java code.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate on engineering practices and adopt technologies that provide clear value.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of modern Java, preferably Java 21 or 25, including multithreading and concurrency.
• Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Understanding of distributed systems, backend application design, and database concepts.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Git, and Docker.
• Commitment to maintainable, well-tested software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging performance issues.
