What you will do

• Manage, launch, optimize, and scale acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
• Optimize biddhirify.global strategies, audience targethirify.global, placements, creatives, landhirify.global pages, and campaign structures.
• Run A/B tests and improve conversion rates, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Support media plannhirify.global, budget allocation, spend pachirify.global, forecasthirify.global, and performance projections.
• Analyze channel and customer-segment performance, maintain dashboards, and turn insights into recommendations.
• Improve acquisition funnels with Product Owners, UX/UI, Analytics, and external agencies while identifyhirify.global new channel and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in performance markethirify.global, digital acquisition, or paid media.
• Experience managhirify.global large-scale acquisition campaigns and deliverhirify.global measurable growth through digital channels.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, includhirify.global Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, plus knowledge of attribution, audience segmentation, biddhirify.global strategies, and conversion trackhirify.global.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Looker Studio or Power BI, and mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
