Social Media Specialist (Wellbeing)

Location: Romania (Bucharest) — hybrid, based out of the Bucharest office

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end local social media strategy and content calendar for Romania across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create social-first content, capture event moments, and direct designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Build community engagement and manage relationships with local influencers, creators, partners, and wellbeing communities.
• Plan influencer collaborations and social coverage for product launches and brand events.
• Track analytics and social listening data, prepare performance reports, and turn insights into content optimization actions.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in social media management and execution.
• Mandatory experience in social media strategy execution and Romanian fluency.
• Experience developing and executing local social media strategies across major platforms.
• Strong storytelling, short-form video production, copywriting, and knowledge of platform trends.
• Experience managing influencer and creator collaborations from briefing through execution.
• Fluent English and the ability to use social media management, listening, and analytics tools.
