Clinical Specialist (Dental)

What you will do

• Provide technical and clinical support for the Dental Solutions Division.
• Deliver education and dental product training to dentists, dental assistants, dental students, sales teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Build the capability of sales teams and channel partners to recommend clinical solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Support new product introduction programs, including planning and executing product launches with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Manage assigned territory and accounts, spending up to 70% of time in the field across private, government, and university segments.
• Support product trials, dental troubleshooting, quality issues, and clinical questions in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a clinician or industry representative in the dental industry.
• In-depth knowledge of dental products and procedures, with a general understanding of the dental business.
• Experience leading projects or taking on training and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience coaching representatives on product and procedural knowledge and clinical customer engagement.
• Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
