What you will do
- Develop and execute field medical engagement strategies to establish partnerships with healthcare professionals and external experts.
- Lead scientific exchange, advisory boards, and educational programs to communicate clinical and scientific data.
- Manage medical projects and external collaborations while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards.
- Coordinate -sponsored research and post-marketing studies.
- Provide scientific training to internal stakeholders and track KPIs for medical engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Category Medical Lead to drive overall Medical Affairs strategy.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences; medical degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and drug development
- Experience in Oncology is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Work Location: On Premise in Singapore
