Location: On premise in Singapore at Mapletree Business City, with responsibility for the Oncology portfolio across Singapore and the Philippines.

What you will do
- Develop and execute field medical engagement strategies aligned with Oncology Medical Affairs objectives.
- Build scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, external experts, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver advisory boards, scientific meetings, educational programs, training workshops, and congress participation.
- Support medical projects, external collaborations, -sponsored research, and post-marketing studies in compliance with operational, ethical, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Provide scientific training, contribute to capability building, and monitor key performance indicators for field medical activities.
- Support the Category Medical Lead with strategy, operational excellence, team effectiveness, coaching, and cross-functional partnership.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline; a medical degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong medical and scientific knowledge, including understanding of clinical research and drug development.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on premise in Singapore and support the Oncology portfolio across Singapore and the Philippines.
